During a House committee on justice hearing, two videos involving Vice President Sara Duterte were replayed as legislators deliberated on the remaining impeachment complaints filed against her by civil society groups.

On March 3, 2026, the House Committee on Justice held its second hearing on impeachment complaints against Vice President Sara Duterte, where two videos involving her were replayed as evidence. The hearing focused on two surviving impeachment complaints that had been found sufficient in form during the March 2 hearing. The first complaint was filed by Reverend Father Joel Saballa et al. and endorsed by Rep. Leila de Lima, while the second was filed by Atty. Nathaniel G. Cabrera and endorsed by Reps. Bienvenido M. Abante Jr. and Paolo P. Ortega V.

The videos specifically showed Duterte's alleged threats and bribery allegations. According to the complaints, these included threats to murder or assassinate the President, First Lady, and former House Speaker, which were presented as a breach of public trust and serious offense. The third complaint listed six grounds for impeachment: culpable violation of the Constitution, betrayal of public trust, plunder, malversation, graft, corruption, and other high crimes involving at least ₱500 million from the Office of the Vice President's confidential funds.

Key allegations in the complaints included misuse and diversion of over ₱500 million in confidential funds from the Office of the Vice President in 2022-2023, accumulation and misappropriation of at least ₱112.5 million in confidential funds for the Department of Education in 2023, bribery and corruption of DepEd officials, threats against government officials, accumulation of unexplained wealth, and acts of political destabilization including sedition and insurrection.

The House panel, chaired by Rep. Atty. Gerville 'Jinky Bitrics' R. Luistro of Batangas 2nd District, completed deliberations on the sufficiency in substance of the third complaint and was set to proceed with the fourth complaint before voting on sufficiency. The committee deferred voting on the third complaint's substance but completed deliberations, with the fourth complaint to follow. The proceedings were broadcast live by multiple news outlets including Bilyonaryo News Channel and ABS-CBN, providing public access to the impeachment hearings.
