A Pasig City court ordered the inspection of six properties belonging to Apollo Quiboloy's Kingdom of Jesus Christ (KOJC) sect, linked to his human trafficking case.

The Pasig Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 159 issued a 9-page order on March 27, 2026, granting the prosecution's motion to conduct ocular inspections of six properties belonging to Apollo Quiboloy's Kingdom of Jesus Christ (KOJC) sect. The inspections are part of the qualified human trafficking case against Quiboloy and his co-accused, aiming to clarify premises where alleged sexual exploitation and labor trafficking occurred. The court noted that complainant sketches were limited by recollection and that physical inspections would aid truth-finding without replacing full trial evidence.

The properties to be inspected include: a local congregation in Barangay Rosario, Pasig City (site of alleged recruitment at age 12, tithe remittance, and organized activities); the Sauyo compound in Barangay Sauyo, Quezon City (where baptism allegedly occurred); and four properties in Davao City - the main KOJC compound (involving 3-year stay with religious duties, fundraising, labor, food sales, offerings, and chores), Jose Maria College (for studies), KOJC dormitory (residence during compound stay), and the Bible School Building on Philippine-Japan Friendship Highway, Sasa (site of alleged sexual abuse by Quiboloy).

The court scheduled the inspections with specific dates: Pasig City and Quezon City properties are tentatively set for April 27, 2026, while the Davao City properties are scheduled for May 18, 2026. Both prosecution and defense teams must attend the inspections, with the prosecution covering court expenses. The order emphasized that the inspections would supplement existing evidence and provide clearer understanding of the locations mentioned in testimonies.

Quiboloy's lawyer, Israelito Torreon, announced on March 28, 2026, that they would file a motion for reconsideration to appeal the court's order. Quiboloy and four associates remain detained at Pasig City Jail facing qualified trafficking charges. The case stems from allegations that Quiboloy and his organization engaged in human trafficking, with complainants testifying about being recruited as minors and subjected to various forms of exploitation across these properties.
