Malacañang called on identified co-perpetrators of former President Rodrigo Duterte, including Senators Dela Rosa and Go, to face International Criminal Court (ICC) charges if innocent, as Duterte's political apparatus faces unraveling due to international scrutiny and domestic probes.
Malacañang has urged the identified coperpetrators of former President Rodrigo Duterte in the crimes against humanity cases he is facing at the International Criminal Court (ICC) to face the charges head on, and not to go into hiding, if they believe they are innocent. This comes as the former president's political apparatus, once a seemingly monolithic force, unravels under the combined weight of international criminal scrutiny, domestic corruption probes, and legislative politics.
